About the Event
We love Inner Sun Yoga Studio and are so pleased to be partnering with them again in their quarterly yoga & sound immersion.
Be present and cultivate peace on earth. We will connect to the hibernation and rest of winter by exploring the spiritual practices behind deep restoration. This immersion will blend intention setting, gentle yoga, yoga nidra, and sound. We will also create a Driftwood Macrame Wall Art hanging with To Die For DIY.
